The tears flowed almost as hard as the rain on Tuesday night’s episode of Dream home after bad weather scuppers a couple’s renovation plans.
Hannah and Jonny were about to give Liam a dreamy facade for his home in Queensland’s Deception Bay when a storm rolled in just as the couple reached the end of the working day.

The plan was to create a ‘coastal Scandi’ vibe for Liam’s home and climb up into the top three.
But eventually the elements worked against them.
“I can hear thunder right on the horizon over there,” Johnny said.
“I just want to get this front done before the storm comes.”
As the rain began to fall, workers raced against time to lay grass, glue up a stone wall, remove the front scaffolding and install a baby swing.
Gutted by this weather failure beyond their control, Johnny admitted in a defeated voice that the place wasn’t going to look the way they wanted before the next reveal.
“We’re not going to finish it the way we wanted it to be,” he said.
“We’re going to have a driveway, we’re going to have a lawn, we’re going to have garden beds, we’re going to have a tree…” added an emotional Hannah.
But there was so much more until the storm put an end to those plans.
“It’s almost an impossible task,” she said.
Finally, breaking into tears, she added, “That’s the last thing you need at the eleventh hour.”
“Half of our garden is not complete because we just managed to get (the scaffolding) out and we just realized we don’t have enough grass,” she continued.
“There won’t be lights in the garden, we won’t be able to do the crazy paved steppers … so all the things that give a garden bed personality, outside of the garden beds and the grass, are gone.
“We’re not done.”
Hannah said she was upset they wouldn’t be able to give Liam and his partner Shannon – or the judges – the “wow factor” moment they were aiming for.
Johnny hugged Hannah tightly, also clearly upset that things didn’t go as planned.
“I don’t want to feel like we let them down,” Hannah said, wiping away tears.
