Kate’s birthday message to Prince William as new family photo released

The uncharacteristically flirty and casual photo shows William arm-in-arm with Charlotte, Louis and George as the four jump over what appear to be sand dunes.
“Happy Birthday Dad, we all love you so much! Cx,” said a message accompanying the photo in a post by X.
The “Cx” marking the message is from William’s wife, Princess Catherine, known as Kate.
The photo was taken by the Princess of Wales last month in Norfolk, northeast England, Kensington Palace confirmed.
It is believed to be the same spot where Kate took a photo of William and the children that was shared on social media last Sunday, for Father’s Day in the UK.
It’s been a busy month for the royal family, with Kate’s first time in the public eye in more than six months taking center stage at Trooping the Colour, the military parade to mark the King’s birthday.
The annual event was also a show of stability by the monarchy after months in which both King Charles III and Kate were sidelined by cancer treatment.
Ahead of Trooping the Colour, Kate provided a rare update on her health, saying she’s “not out of the woods yet”.
“I’m making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy knows, there are good days and bad days,” the princess said, adding that she faced “a few more months” of treatment.
